Spreading Hope Society

Spreading Hope Society is a community-driven, non-profit organization based in Surrey, British Columbia, devoted to the legacy and values of Baba Deep Singh Ji.

The core mission of the society is to support vulnerable individuals and families by providing food, groceries, and essential basic needs, while fostering compassion, service, and community unity.

Our Mission

To spread hope through seva (selfless service) by ensuring that surplus food and essential resources reach those who need them most, while encouraging community participation in humanitarian initiatives such as food distribution and blood donation.

With the support of local Sikh temples (Gurdwaras), surplus food and groceries are collected and distributed to homeless shelters and vulnerable communities.

Khalsa Diwan Society, Abbotsford plays a vital role by helping with food preparation and cooking, allowing meals to be distributed to multiple shelters.

In honor of upcoming birthday of Baba Deep Singh Ji, Spreading Hope Society organizes will held annual blood donation camps to save lives and raise awareness about the importance of blood and plasma donation.
